Yes, we support full OEM/ODM services including paintwork, logos, and structural design.

Yes, we can customize based on your local market and functional requirements.

5. **Can I use my own brand name?**

Yes, we use corrosion-resistant coatings and heavy-duty steel frames.

8. **What tire sizes do you offer? Can I request off-road tires?**
We use heavy-duty tires, mainly 4.50-12 and 5.00-13. Off-road tires are available upon request.

9. **Do your tricycles have reverse gear and multiple speed options?**
Yes, we offer 4F+1R or 5F+1R gearbox configurations.

10. **Can I request additional features like rain covers, USB ports, or roof racks?**
Yes, optional features can be added upon request.

11. **Do your products meet any safety or emissions standards?**
Most export models meet the destination market’s technical standards. Relevant certificates can be provided.

Orders and Pricing

12. **What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?**
Our MOQ is one full 40HQ container, around 35–40 units depending on the model.

13. **What trade terms do you support?**
We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and more, depending on your needs.

14. **Can you provide a price list?**
Yes, please contact our sales team for the latest price list and catalog.

15. **Are there discounts for bulk or repeat orders?**
Yes, we offer volume-based and loyalty discounts.

16. **Can I mix different models in one container?**
Yes, mixed models are allowed in a single shipment.

17. **Do you provide proforma and commercial invoices?**

* T/T: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
* L/C: For large orders

Standard models: 10–20 working days; customized orders: 15–30 days.

CKD/SKD or fully assembled with protective wrapping and metal frame.

Yes, we offer full export logistics support (FOB/CIF/DDU).

25. **What shipping documents do you provide?**
Packing list, invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and others.

26. **Do you provide tracking information after shipping?**
Yes, we share the B/L and tracking info once goods are dispatched.

27. **Do you support urgent production or expedited shipping?**
Yes, urgent orders can be accommodated with additional cost and planning.

28. **How do you ensure quality control during production?**
We have strict QC procedures at every production stage.

You’re welcome to visit our factory. We also offer online factory tours and sample shipment by arrangement.

Engine warranty: 1 year or 10,000 km, whichever comes first.

31. **Which parts are covered under warranty?**
Engine, gearbox, rear axle. Consumables are not covered.

Yes, we include spare parts with orders and also accept separate parts orders.
